Opthalmology clinic

Visual dysfunction is commonly found in children with developmental disabilities and includes amblyopia, strabismus, refraction errors, cataracts, and glaucoma. Because visual deficits can interfere with development, early and periodic assessment is extremely important. Ophthalmologic interventions range from prescription of glasses and patching to surgery.
